at the earliest one month in advance from the customer's
credit card.

with no expenses 30 days before the beginning
of the visit
Cancellation 14 days before the beginning of the
visit, 50 % of the fee will be refunded
Cancellation 7 days before the beginning of the
visit, 25 % of the fee will be refunded
If the visit is cancelled later than 7 days before
the beginning of the visit, there is no refund

The
visitors will be liable directly to the co-operation
partners (hotels, restaurants, programme service providers,
etc.) for charges caused by cancellations. The companies
will send confirmations and the conditions of reservations
directly to the contact person of a group on request.
The visitors must have their own travel and luggage
insurance.
